After being recognized by the College Board as an SAT tutor, I began hosting SAT math sessions on Schoolhouse.world and SAT/ACT bootcamps at the local library, which led to an SAT teaching position at a local Chinese school. I teach every Saturday, developing a 16-class curriculum, creating PowerPoint lessons, and designing and grading homework while adapting my instruction to each student’s needs. Watching students shift from fear to confidence — including one student who earned a 790 on SAT Math — has been one of the most rewarding parts of teaching.
